Initial consultations are offered free of charge. Paid coaching sessions or follow-up consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows for paid sessions are non-refundable.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
We ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and services.
