Refund Policy

At Next Chance Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We want every client to feel confident in their purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (DIY Kits & Guides)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital products are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded. This includes:

  • DIY Dispute Kit
  • DIY Rental Kit
  • DIY Exclusive Kit
  • DIY Student Loans Kit
  • DIY Bankruptcy Kit
  • DIY Clean Slate Kit
  • 3000 Vendor Plug Bundle
  • Virtual Assistant Agency Guide
  • Vending Machine Business Guide

Because digital products can be accessed and used immediately upon delivery, we are unable to offer refunds after the product has been sent to your email or made available for download.

2. Exceptions for Digital Products

We may issue a refund or store credit for digital products in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund of the duplicate charge
  • Non-delivery: If you did not receive the product within 24 hours of purchase and we cannot resolve the delivery issue, you are eligible for a full refund
  • Incorrect product: If you received a different product than what was ordered, we will either deliver the correct product or issue a full refund

3. Credit Repair Services

For ongoing credit repair services:

  • You may cancel your service at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email or phone
  • Fees for services already rendered (dispute rounds completed, letters sent, consultations held) are non-refundable
  • Any unused portion of a prepaid service package may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion
  • There are no cancellation fees or early termination penalties

4. Consultation Fees

Initial consultations are offered free of charge. Paid coaching sessions or follow-up consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows for paid sessions are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Product or service purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and services.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please reach out to us to discuss further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for every client. All disputes will be handled in good faith and in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
