  • Creditor negotiations and follow-ups

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your identity, credit history, and financial situation
  • Provide written authorization before we access or dispute items on your credit reports
  • Respond to our communications in a timely manner, as delays may affect your results
  • Notify us of any changes to your personal information, address, or contact details
  • Not use our services or products for any unlawful purpose, including filing false disputes
  • Understand that credit repair involves disputing inaccurate information — we do not create false identities, use CPN numbers, or engage in any illegal activity

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Digital products are charged as one-time payments at the time of purchase
  • Credit repair service fees and payment schedules are outlined in your individual service agreement
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • Late or missed payments on service plans may result in a pause or termination of active services

4. No Guarantee of Results

Important: In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Next Chance Solutions does not and cannot guarantee specific results, including:

  • A specific credit score increase or target score
  • Removal of any specific item from your credit report
  • Approval for any loan, apartment, or credit product
  • A specific timeline for results

Results vary based on individual circumstances, the nature of items being disputed, bureau response times, and creditor cooperation. We commit to providing aggressive, professional dispute services and full transparency throughout the process.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel credit repair services at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email or phone
  • Upon cancellation, any work already completed or in progress will not be refunded
  • We will provide you with copies of all dispute letters and documentation upon request at the time of cancellation
  • There are no cancellation fees or penalties

6. Digital Products

  • Digital products (DIY kits, guides, templates) are delivered electronically upon purchase
  • Digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared
  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials
  • Refund terms for digital products are outlined in our Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our digital products — including text, graphics, logos, templates, dispute letters, guides, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Next Chance Solutions and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Chance Solutions and its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Any credit decisions made by third parties (lenders, landlords, employers)
  • Delays in bureau responses or creditor cooperation
  • Inaccuracies in information you provide to us
  • Technical issues with our website or digital product delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications
